Maycee Barber made her UFC debut against Hannah Cifers at UFC Fight Night: Korean Zombie vs. Rodriguez. Barber TKO'ed Cifers through ground-and-pound the second. Barber was able to make her Flyweight debut in the ring against JJ Aldrich in UFC Fight Night Thompson vs. Pettis. Barber kept her dominance in the UFC with her TKO of Aldrich during round 2. This was followed up with her knockout of Gillian Robertson during UFC: Reyes against Weidman on ESPN. Roxanne Modafferi snapped Barber's UFC 3-fight win streak with UFC 246. Roxanne won the fight by unanimous decision. Roxanne was dominant and defeated Barber. Maycee loses her streak, after losing in a unanimous decision at UFC 258 to AlexaGrasso. Barber defeated Miranda Maverick in UFC on ESPN Sandhagen Vs. Dillashaw by split decision. Barber beat Montana De La Rosa in UFC Fight Night 205, on April 23, 2022. The match ended in a unanimous win. Barber was later promoted to replace Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye at UFC 276 in July 2022. The victory was a unanimous one. In addition, this was the last fight under her deal with UFC. Later, that same year she signed a new contract with the organization. Barber was victorious in her latest fight with Andrea Lee, on March 25th 2023. The fight took place at UFC Fight Night Vera and Sandhagen.
